Mediator Search

Step 1: Select Two Mediators and Check Their Availability

Use Name Search, Advanced Search, or Mediator Lists below to search for and select at least two (2) mediators to serve as primary and alternate mediators on your case (you may wish to search for more than two mediators in the event other lawyers or parties don't agree with your first choices). Remember to check whether your selections are currently available for assignment to a case.

Name Search
Advanced Search Search by expertise, location, languages, hourly rate, etc.
Available Mediator List Mediators currently available for assignment to a case.
Civil Mediation Panel List Active mediators on the Civil Mediation Panel.
Step 2: Submit a completedMediator Selection Formwithin five (5) days of your CMC.
